The RRZE cannot provide any type of support in context with the products that are available in the Office-Portal. The RRZE only provides the required authorizations for application via the Studiosoft-Portal. The RRZE has no capacities to assist you with software for private use. The right of use expires with the end of affiliation with the university. As part of the Student Advantage and Teacher Benefits programs students and employees of the FAU have the possibility to use MS Office Pro Plus on their private devices free of charge.
